Each ScaleDown model is scored on one public dataset with one standard metric, so results are comparable across providers.

How to read the results

  • Accuracy is shown per task and as an average. Cross-task scores use standardized F1, ROUGE-L and accuracy.
  • Cost is price per 1K requests, so cheap models and large models are compared on the same unit.
  • Latency is response time per task. Lower is better.
  • Every provider page compares ScaleDown against each model in that provider’s lineup, not just the flagship.
Compress is evaluated end to end: the compressed context is passed to a downstream LLM and the answer is scored, so the metric reflects whether the right information survived.
